The Toniq R

2007 starts on seriously good form…

Toniq are proud to announce that we will be hosting an exclusive trackday in association with Adrenalin Motorsport at Llandow near Cardiff on Saturday the 24th of February. The track will open at 10am and will close at 4pm, we will be sending out invites shortly to specific customers that have been waiting to undergo the Toniq experience in either the Blade or Duratec variant. Anyone who would like to be involved can book his or her attendance by contacting Toniq. Please be aware that there are a limited number of rides available on the day so please get in touch early to avoid disappointment. There will be Toniq and Kit-Parts personnel in attendance all day to discuss any queries you may have.

Destination BahrainOrders were dispatched this month to embark on a long journey to Bahrain. There will be more on this in due course as we follow the cars progress in the Middle East culminating in some laps of the fantastic Bahrain F1 circuit! Toniqs international presence continues with a Dutch order due for dispatch later this month.

Progress to establish US agencies continues at full bore as we undergo communications with potential distributors on the East and West coasts, with West Coast agents flying over in January specifically to drive the Toniq R, we will keep you informed as the negotiations unfold.

Recent press publications have included front cover appearances in Totalkitcar Magazine and Track and Race Car Magazine, as well as the Duratec featuring on their stand at the Autosport International Show. The February issue of Japanese Performance featured the pearl white Blade engined Toniq demo car on test at the Honington testing grounds. Although issue 73 is no longer available on the shelves, back issues are available from the website.

The Duratec has also undergone its first drive review with Jethro Bovington of EVO Magazine at Silverstone and EVO Magazine read how it got on in the March issue 102 on the shelves now. How did the Duratec do? A 4½ star review, no less...

And finally the news that many of you have been waiting for, both press cars will be getting a present later this month by way of a set of registration plates. The cars will then be available for road tests as well as for further TV and Magazine test drives. News flashes will be posted in the News section on the website so remember to keep an eye out for updates and Latest events.
