My personal se7ens gossip is that I had a great track day last Monday at Kirkistown, one of the local circuits here in Northern Ireland.  I think I did nearly 100 miles on track so I ought to be getting a bit better at it.

My thanks go to the organisers - you know who you are, the marshalls and the ambulance team, who fortunately were not required.

Here's some information on the circuit and if you want to see it in Google Earth, it's at 54°27'22.48"N,  5°27'59.52"W, though the resolution is currently very poor.
