You knew it was going to happen sooner or later. An electric Caterham 7 has been finally put together...and they seem to   have done a reasonable job. The electric car, called ThoRR, has been created by Evisol using a 272 hp motor.  Allegedly it'll do 0-60 in 3 seconds but no word on top speed or range.
