options and upgrades for DL1
The DL1 data
logger continues to be our best selling product and goes from
strength to strength, now with the addition of 20Hz GPS and
drift angle measurement options. A 6g accelerometer option is
also available and all options can be used individually or in

Free training courses
Last month we
ran a trial seminar for a local group of enthusiastic racers.
This went so well that we’ve decided to make it a regular
monthly event and, what is more, they will be free to attend!
Initially we
will cover the basics of data logging and data analysis, with
plenty of time for questions and answers if there are specific
items that you would like to cover in more detail. These
courses will be held at Race Technology HQ in Nottingham, the
next events being scheduled for 28th August 2008 and
25th September 2008. Numbers are limited so don’t

Powerboat P1
The organisers
of the Powerboat P1 World Championship have selected Race
Technology’s DL2 as their official data logging system for
competitor monitoring. All boats competing in the championship
must be fitted with a DL2 to monitor critical sensors, which
help to ensure compliance with class regulations in the form of
power to weight ratio limits. To find out more about the
